Vulcan Flight Forming machine is mainly to produce large diameter flights for feed mixers and Helical hydraulic generator. The production range is from 750mm to 4000mm. It’s still in the design and development stage. The prototype is expected to be completed in July 2017, and put into production at the end of 2017. This type of large Flight can also be produced by Tyro and Super Tyro machines, but special molds are needed and the flights need to be joint.
